We are ICE IGNITE LTD. ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), a company registered at HaKaran Street 1, Ra'anana (zip code: 4339501) in Israel.
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the installation utility and related software components provided in connection with the software product known as Allfiles (“Installer” and/or the “Software”). By downloading, installing, or using the Installer, you (“User” or “you”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, which constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company.
The Software is the exclusive property of the Company and is either owned by or licensed to it. These Terms apply to all elements of the Software, including its features, modules, components, functionalities, and any related services, including integrated search-related functionality.
By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you confirm that you accept these Terms and the applicable Privacy Policy and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Software and uninstall it from your device.
To enable proper functionality, performance monitoring, analytics, and security, the Software may process limited technical and usage-related data necessary for functionality and performance. You are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy prior to installation.
By initiating the installation process, you authorize the Company to install the Software and any related or supporting components required for its operation. As part of the installation flow, and subject to your consent, the Software may modify certain browser settings, including but not limited to your default search engine, home page, or new tab page, in order to connect you with a search provider selected by the Company. By continuing with the installation, you expressly consent to such changes.
If you later uninstall Allfiles, any previous browser settings will not be restored automatically and must be manually adjusted through your browser's settings.
By proceeding with the installation, you further acknowledge and agree that Allfiles may be set as your default file conversion utility and that the Software may include search functionality operated by third-party search providers, all in accordance with these Terms.
The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to install and use the Software solely for your personal, non-commercial use. All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by the Company and/or its licensors.
The Software may display, include, or provide access to third-party content, advertisements, or external services. The Company does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party offerings. Any interaction with such third-party content is undertaken at your own risk and may be governed by the relevant third party's own terms and policies.

Any breach of the obligations above may result in immediate suspension or termination of your right to use the Software and may expose you to legal liability.
All intellectual property rights in and to the Software, including trademarks, source code, designs, and proprietary elements, are the intellectual property by the Company or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest or intellectual property rights in the Software.
The Software is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The Company does not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or compatibility with all systems.
You assume all risks arising from the installation and use of the Software.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Software. Any liability of the Company shall be limited to the lesser of USD $10 or the amount paid by you, if any, for the Software.
The Company may, at its discretion, deploy updates, patches, fixes, or enhancements to the Software. Continued use of the Software following such updates constitutes acceptance thereof. Temporary interruptions or changes in functionality may occur as a result.
These Terms remain in effect until terminated. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling the Software and ceasing all use. The Company may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms or if your continued use poses a risk to the Company, its users, or third parties.
Upon termination, you must uninstall the Software and all licenses granted to you shall immediately cease, and any continued use of the Software constitutes a breach of these Terms.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, partners, representatives, and employees from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Software or your violation of these Terms.
The Company may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated versions take effect upon publication. Continued use of the Software indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Tel Aviv. Any claim must be brought within twelve (12) months of the relevant event.
The Company shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, power outages, or governmental actions.
