How to Change Your Default Search Engine in Chrome

During installation, you may have chosen to set Yahoo as your default search engine in Google Chrome.
Uninstalling this application does not automatically change your browser settings.

Clear step-by-step instructions (Chrome only):

Step 1

Open Google Chrome.

Step 2

Click the three dots (top right).

Step 3

Go to Settings.

Step 4

Click “Search Engine”.

Step 5

Select your preferred search provider.

*You can modify your search settings at any time via Chrome settings.
